Mercy Wellness has always been the best dispensary in Sonoma County. Once the store opened in Santa Rosa, I no longer have to drive all the way to Cotati, which is really convenient. They always have a good selection of high quality products, and prices are reasonable. Richie, Lan, and the rest of the staff are always super friendly and really helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anybody. I always look forward to coming here. Thank You!!!

I’ve been in a few times and every time I go the staff emit such great energy that you can’t help but leave with a smile. Each team member is very knowledgeable and willing to help you pick the best product. Never had any issues with curbside pickup either. Definitely recommend this place.

Mercy Wellness in Santa Rosa is now my goto place. Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. Everyone is super polite and helpful. The showroom has a plethora of items and it’s a trip to just peruse around if one has the time…I only have two thumbs but they are both up profoundly for this dispensary!!!!

Mercy Wellness is a business that cares about their customers and gets to know their regulars. As far as product goes it’s top notch. Prices range from low to medium high for product. Deals and discounts make shopping at Mercy worth doing. They care about their customer base and how their business affects their community. I shop there more than not because of convenience for me but also because of the staff and product. It always comes down to cost and quality, more often than not you get both boxes checked when visiting here. This business is open for both recreational and medical sales.

I just made a purchase at the Santa Rosa location and was short on funds and was trying to decide between two items the budtenders at the counter went above and beyond to show some Mercy Wellness kindness and shelled out funds so that I could get the better of the two products. I just want to give a shout out and say thank you so much my anxiety was running high today and I'm finally finally feeling much better. P.s. I go here pretty frequently and the staff overall is very helpful and upbeat. they have great product and great deals that happen pretty frequently.
